Fiji Church Building

The modern steel structure church project in Fiji has been completed, with Canglong Group providing a one-stop solution from design to installation. This project was specifically designed for the hurricane-prone, high-salt-fog climate of the South Pacific island nation, and its diverse and complex needs encompassing religious gatherings, community activities, and daily living. It pioneers a new paradigm for modern prefabricated architecture in the religious and public welfare fields.

The project employs a highly standardized portal frame structure design, maintaining the church’s dignified and spacious appearance while achieving high functionality through ingenious steel structure mezzanine planning of the interior space.

The main load-bearing beams and columns of the church are entirely constructed from high-tensile, low-alloy Q355B grade premium H-beams. The fully prefabricated portal frame design ensures a large, open space without columns in the church hall, guaranteeing a wide view and a solemn atmosphere during assemblies. The structural subsystem (roof and wall purlins) is fully equipped with high-rigidity C-shaped steel, undergoing high-standard shot blasting and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating before leaving the factory.

The base of the walls features a solid brick design, naturally possessing excellent impact resistance, moisture resistance, and burglarproof performance. The upper part is spliced ​​with lightweight, clean-lined high-quality metal color steel plates, showcasing the streamlined aesthetics of modern industrial architecture while significantly reducing the overall structural load.

The roof uses a composite structure combining single-layer color steel tiles and high-density insulation cotton. The high-strength single tiles ensure efficient drainage of rainwater during the rainy season, while the inner insulation cotton blocks external tropical heat, significantly reducing internal cooling energy consumption while also providing excellent rain noise reduction performance.

The interior of the church features two specially planned and constructed independent living rooms, satisfying daily living needs and privacy. The roof of these two living rooms is cleverly designed as a multi-functional steel structure platform, serving as storage, a viewing area, or a secondary activity area, maximizing the utilization of vertical space.

Canglong Group adopts a one-stop, complete, closed-loop delivery approach. From primary and secondary steel structures, cladding tiles, floor decking, stair components, tie rods, and supports, to large-capacity drainage gutters, high-flow downpipes, and all high-strength fastening bolts, 100% of the components are CNC precision prefabricated and punched at its production base in China, and shipped in the same container.
