Thailand Cannabis Factory

Recently, the modern cannabis production and processing workshop project in Thailand, provided by Canglong Group, has been successfully completed. From structural design and manufacturing of all high-precision materials to container shipping logistics and a dedicated engineering team for on-site installation and guidance overseas, the cannabis factory project was fully completed.

The project has total building dimensions of 90 meters (length) × 34 meters (width) × 4.9 meters (roof height), with a single building area exceeding 3,000 square meters. The design of cannabis factory was specifically tailored to the stringent requirements of Southeast Asia’s hot and humid tropical climate and the demanding requirements of industrial cannabis deep processing (extraction, purification, aseptic packaging, etc.) for indoor microclimate, cleanliness, and high-safety operations. It pioneers a new paradigm for prefabricated intelligent processing plants with an industrial-grade robust frame and pharmaceutical-grade high-airtight enclosure.

The main load-bearing beams and columns of the cannabis factory are constructed entirely of high-tensile, low-alloy Q355B grade premium H-shaped steel. Before leaving the factory, they undergo rigorous shot blasting for rust removal and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating, creating an indestructible outer frame for the entire large-scale processing plant, effectively supporting the frequent mechanical vibrations generated by equipment operation.

The interior partitions and ceilings are all equipped with high-density polyurethane sandwich panels as standard. The polyurethane core boasts an extremely high closed-cell rate of ≥95%, naturally moisture-proof and non-absorbent, completely eliminating the hidden danger of water droplets and drips from walls caused by temperature fluctuations, thus preventing contamination of raw materials. Its dense and smooth surface fully meets the requirements for frequent chemical disinfectant cleaning.

Addressing the common pain points of inconsistent local construction techniques and difficulties in equipment compatibility faced by overseas industrial and commercial infrastructure projects, Canglong Group has implemented a two-way closed loop of high-quality product delivery and on-site premium service.

• Canglong Group dispatched an experienced professional installation team and technical experts to the cannabis factory project site in Thailand. From the rigid anchoring of anchor bolts and the hoisting and alignment of the main structural H-beams to the seamless, pharmaceutical-grade assembly of polyurethane tongue-and-groove panels, high-standard construction and professional technical guidance were provided throughout the entire process.
• All components were 100% prefabricated using CNC high-precision technology at the digital base in China, resembling the assembly of industrial building blocks on-site, achieving 100% welding-free and secondary cutting-free operation. Under the management of the Canglong team, this high-standard processing plant was completed and delivered to the owner with an astonishingly high commercial turnover rate.
