Canglong Group has successfully delivered a high-standard, modern prefab loods in Canada, with a total area of approximately 1,668 square feet (about 155 square meters). Addressing the local high-latitude, cold climate and stringent building codes, the project employs a simple and efficient single-slope roof structure design, which not only optimizes the indoor drainage system but also effectively reduces the pressure of snow loads on the main structure.

In terms of structural selection, the main load-bearing system utilizes high-strength H-shaped steel beams and steel columns, ensuring the building’s structural stability and resistance to wind and snow in extremely cold weather. C-shaped steel purlins are used in the roof and wall substructures to construct a robust supporting framework. The enclosure system has been fully upgraded to PU sandwich panels, whose superior thermal insulation and airtightness significantly reduce winter heating energy consumption, perfectly meeting the high energy efficiency standards required by the North American market.

In terms of functional configuration, the warehouse features two large roller shutter doors and one single-opening small door, meeting the efficient loading and unloading needs of large vehicles while also ensuring convenient daily access for personnel. The project has now been successfully completed and put into use. With its one-stop service from design to delivery, Canglong Group has once again set a quality benchmark in the North American warehouse construction market.
