Panama Factory shed
Canglong Group built an industrial factory shed for a client in the Dominican Republic. The project features an efficient and reliable dual-slope roof design with a total construction area of 700 square meters, aiming to provide the client with a spacious, sturdy, and durable production facility.
We provided the client with a complete galvanized steel structural solution. The main structure utilizes corrosion-resistant galvanized steel beams and columns, while the roof is covered with 50mm thick EPS insulation sandwich panels and features an efficient dual-slope drainage design. This combination ensures the building’s ultimate durability and excellent interior comfort in the tropical climate.

The main structure of the factory shed is constructed entirely of high-grade galvanized steel. The beams and columns are hot-dip galvanized, providing strong resistance to rust and corrosion. It can withstand the challenging high temperatures and high humidity of the Dominican coastal region, significantly extending the building’s service life.
For the enclosure system, the roof utilizes 50mm thick EPS sandwich panels. This material is not only lightweight and strong, but its polystyrene core also provides excellent thermal insulation and heat retention, effectively blocking out external heat, significantly improving the working environment within the factory, and reducing air conditioning energy costs for customers.
