When an aircraft goes into a C-check or engine overhaul, the meter is running. Every extra day in the hangar burns revenue. That is why the facility itself matters as much as the mechanics inside it.
We build steel maintenance hangars designed for real MRO workflows. Column-free clear spans from 60 m to 180 m let you position wide-body jets—B747, B777, A380—without dodging interior columns. Overhead crane rails and reinforced floor slabs are built in from the start, so heavy jacking, engine removal, and structural inspections happen on schedule, not on hope. Ventilation, lighting, and utility trenches are laid out around your maintenance program, not forced in afterward.
The result is a hangar that keeps your fleet turning, your regulators satisfied, and your downtime predictable.
The metal hanger building adopts a large-span steel structure system—such as space trusses, arch structures, or portal frames—which easily achieves super large spans of 80 meters to 200 meters or even larger. This column-free design eliminates interior obstructions, providing a complete clear working area that maximizes usable floor space.
With no pillars blocking the interior, the prefab hanger can accommodate multiple narrow-body aircraft or large wide-body aircraft (such as Boeing 747, Airbus A380, B777, and A350) simultaneously. The open floor plan also allows various large maintenance equipment—such as work platforms, high-altitude work vehicles, and engine hoists—to move freely, greatly improving MRO efficiency and turnaround times.
Constructed from Q235 / Q355 grade steel with H-shaped beams and columns and C/Z section steel purlins, our aircraft hanger building are built to withstand heavy wind and snow loads while meeting international aviation safety and building codes.
