Canglong Group has successfully completed and delivered a modern industrial warehouse in the Dominican Republic that combines practicality and durability. The project adopts the classic double slope roof structure design, which not only endows the building with excellent drainage and heat dissipation performance, but also effectively improves the utilization of internal space, perfectly adapting to the characteristics of the local tropical maritime climate.
In terms of the main structure, the project uses high-strength H-beam as the core load-bearing system for beams and columns, ensuring the structural stability and wind resistance of the building in large-span spaces. The roof and wall substructures are matched with C-shaped steel purlins to construct a sturdy and lightweight support framework.

The industrial warehouse enclosure system adopts an economically efficient composite design. The bottom of the wall adopts a brick wall structure, providing excellent impact resistance and anti-theft performance, while the upper part and roof are covered with EPS sandwich panels. This combination ensures the stability of the warehouse while also taking into account ventilation and lighting requirements. In addition, the project is equipped with a complete drainage system and a complete set of door and window kits (including primary and secondary entrances and exits), achieving a truly one-stop delivery. At present, the project has been successfully completed and put into use.
