Canglong Group successfully delivered a high-standard, highly efficient modern cold storage project for a client in the Philippines, providing a one-stop turnkey solution from planning and design to material supply, construction, and installation.

The project utilizes an advanced exterior shed and interior storage structure, combining durability and sturdiness. First, a large protective steel shed measuring 26.6 meters x 42 meters x 7.5 meters was constructed. Its main frame utilizes sturdy H-shaped steel beams and columns, ensuring overall structural stability and safety. The roof is clad in high-performance color-coated steel sheeting, offering excellent rainproof, corrosion-resistant, and durable properties, providing a sturdy and reliable protective shell for the cold storage within.

Within this steel shed, Canglong Group meticulously constructed the core cold storage structure. Constructed using polyurethane sandwich panels with exceptional thermal insulation, the structure boasts a clear height of 6 meters. This cold storage panel not only boasts excellent thermal insulation properties, minimizing cooling loss and ensuring a stable and constant temperature within the warehouse, but also offers the advantages of easy assembly and excellent sealing, thus enabling customers to achieve significant energy savings and long-term operational cost control.
