This project utilizes a full-process EPC (engineering-procurement-construction) service model, integrating Chinese intelligent manufacturing technologies with localized Southeast Asian construction standards to create a benchmark project that meets international energy facility regulations.

Compared to traditional power plant construction, this project shortened the construction period by six months and the investment payback period by 2.3 years, making it a model for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in Southeast Asian EPC projects.

  • Thermal conductivity is 0.022W/(m·K), achieving 30% energy savings compared to traditional panel materials.
  • Double-sided 0.5mm galvanized steel panels have passed the ISO 9227 2000-hour salt spray test.

Airtight Joint Treatment: Dual-pass sealing with EPDM rubber sealing strips and structural adhesive ensures a positive pressure environment within the plant (meeting cleanliness requirements for power generation equipment).

2. Heavy-Duty Steel Structure System

  • Main Frame: Q355B high-strength H-section steel (specifications: H400×400×12×20).
  • Flexural bearing capacity ≥1850 kN·m.
  • Complies with AWS D1.1 American Standard Welding Specification.

Seismic Design:

  • Joints utilize energy-dissipating steel braces (BRBs).
  • Meets the seismic requirements of Indonesia’s SNI 1726-2019 (design intensity 8).

3. Power Generation Facility Adaptive Design

Equipment Foundation Pre-embedded:

  • 30 anchor holes for large equipment are reserved (tolerance ±2mm).
  • Reinforcement ratio of the concrete foundation is ≥1.2%.

Optimized Operation and Maintenance Access:

  • Main access width is 4.5m (accommodating the passage of hoisting equipment).
  • Roof maintenance runway load ≥ 3kN/m².
