The Uzbekistan dual-workshop high-efficiency industrial plant project was successfully delivered, thanks to Canglong Group’s one-stop solution from design to installation. The most challenging aspect of this project was its structural span, both workshops exceeded 100 meters in span. Facing the extreme loads posed by the massive spans and the extreme diurnal temperature variations of Central Asia, Canglong Group, leveraging its profound design expertise and robust product capabilities, tailored a prefabricated industrial building that integrated superior structural strength, extreme temperature control, and safe heavy-duty operation.

Heavy-duty Portal Frame and Double-slope Design
The over 100-meter span design placed extremely high demands on the structural rigidity, torsional resistance, anti-sway performance, and vertical load distribution of the industrial plant main structure.
- Double-slope Portal Frame System: The structure employs a highly standardized double-slope portal frame design, achieving mechanical self-balancing of the large-span space while providing excellent roof drainage efficiency during rainy and snowy seasons.
- Q355B Grade H-beam Steel Frame: The load-bearing beams and columns are entirely constructed using high-tensile, low-alloy Q355B grade premium H-beams, which undergo high-standard shot blasting and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating before leaving the factory.
- Fully Equipped Multi-Dimensional Rigid Support: The solution seamlessly integrates tie rods, bracing, and inter-column support systems, along with CNC high-precision punched C-shaped steel purlins, firmly securing this massive structure spanning hundreds of meters into a highly rigid mechanical whole.
- Heavy-Duty Crane Support: A custom-designed industrial crane (crane beam) system is incorporated into the factory interior, providing ample dynamic load margin for the main beam structure, perfectly coordinating the frequent lifting and smooth movement of heavy components within the workshop.

Extremely High Energy Efficiency Enclosure
Uzbekistan has a typical temperate continental climate, with scorching summers and frigid winters, and extreme diurnal temperature variations. To ensure the comfort of precision machining processes and employee operations within industrial plant, a top-of-the-line enclosure system was adopted.
- A Perfect Combination of Fireproof and Thermal Insulation: Walls and roofs are standardly equipped with polyurethane (PU) edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panels. The core material is high-density Class A fire-resistant rock wool with a melting point exceeding 1000℃, perfectly protecting against fire hazards associated with hot work in industrial production.
- Eliminating Cold Bridges, Saving 30% More Energy: The tongue-and-groove joints of the panels utilize high-closed-cell, low-thermal-conductivity rigid polyurethane edge-sealing technology. The joints fit tightly, forming a “vacuum zipper”-like thermal barrier. This not only completely eliminates the “cold bridge effect” and air infiltration common in metal cladding systems, but also directly reduces air conditioning and winter heating energy consumption by over 30%.
- Double the Lifespan of Moisture Resistance: Polyurethane edge sealing effectively prevents outdoor rainwater and condensation from seeping into the rock wool, ensuring it remains dry and fully insulated, extending the building’s lifespan.
