Entering the implementation phase, Canglong Group relies on a global supply chain system to quickly complete customized procurement and cross-border transportation of core production equipment (such as string welding machines, laminating machines, EL detectors, etc.), and forms a Sino Egyptian joint installation team to overcome challenges such as cross-cultural collaboration and differences in local construction conditions. The entire process from infrastructure to equipment commissioning was completed in just 45 days. The team not only provides standardized installation guidance, but also conducts specialized training on the operating habits of Egyptian workers, synchronously outputs equipment maintenance manuals and production management SOPs, ensuring that stable mass production can be achieved quickly after the workshop is put into operation.

With the implementation and promotion of the Canglong Group’s solar lithium battery workshop project in Egypt, its exemplary role as a benchmark for Sino-Egyptian new energy cooperation continues to expand. It has not only attracted the attention of Egyptian government departments but has also become a star of green development in the local media.

The Egyptian New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) and the Ministry of Industry and Trade jointly established a special inspection team to conduct on-site research at the project site. The inspection team delved into the core areas of the workshop, from the high-speed operation area of ​​the lithium battery assembly production line to the storage and logistics center equipped with an intelligent monitoring system, meticulously inquiring about technical details and operational methods at every step. After on-site calculations, Mohammad Hassan, a member of the inspection team and Vice Chairman of the NREA, stated, “The success of this project provides a replicable model for the localization of new energy equipment manufacturing in Egypt. We plan to increase support for similar technical and industrial cooperation projects in subsequent policies.”
