Thailand Industrial Plant

This project is a large modern industrial plant designed for Thai clients. The overall dimensions of the building are 184 meters (length) x 42 meters (width), with a total construction area of 7728 square meters, providing ample space for industrial production activities.

The industrial plant adopts advanced double slope and double span steel structure design, and the main load-bearing structures (beams and columns) are made of high-strength Q355 H-shaped steel. This design creates a spacious column free interior space that perfectly adapts to flexible production layouts. The purlins are supported by galvanized C-shaped steel, ensuring the overall lightweight and anti-corrosion performance of the structure. The structure has extremely strong load-bearing capacity, especially meeting the demanding requirements of two 20 ton bridge cranes in the factory building, ensuring the safety and efficiency of heavy equipment and material handling.

The enclosure system is scientific and comprehensive:

• Wall: The lower part is made of 4.2-meter-high brick walls, which are sturdy, durable, and have good maintainability. The upper wall is made of color coated steel plate, which makes the appearance beautiful.
• Roof: The main body is covered with aluminum plated steel plate, providing long-term corrosion resistance protection. At the same time, cleverly embedding sunshine tiles provides sufficient natural lighting indoors, effectively saving daytime lighting energy consumption and creating a better working environment.
• Door and window system: The main entrance and exit are equipped with large industrial rolling shutter doors, which are easy to open and close and have high traffic efficiency. The combination of plastic steel windows and louvers optimizes the natural ventilation effect of the factory while ensuring the airtightness and energy efficiency of the building.
