The size of this warehouse is 48.3×28.5 meters, with a building area of 1376 square meters. The warehouse adopts an innovative single slope double span structure design, which significantly improves internal logistics efficiency while optimizing space utilization. The main steel structure adopts the national standard Q235 H-beam, and through rigorous mechanical calculations and anti-corrosion processes, ensures the long-term stability and wind and earthquake resistance performance of the building in tropical climates.
The wall system adopts high-performance PU sandwich panels, which have excellent insulation and fire safety characteristics, effectively responding to the high temperature and high humidity environment in the Dominican Republic and reducing the energy consumption cost for customers in the later stage of operation. The exterior of the building is presented in a minimalist industrial style, with clean and smooth lines that fully reflect functional aesthetics.
