Congo Biscuit Factory

This project is a modern indoor biscuit factory built in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with a total construction area of 1376.9 square meters. The factory aims to establish an efficient and hygienic working environment that complies with food production standards, in order to meet the demand for high-quality biscuit products in the local and surrounding markets.

The successful implementation of the project is attributed to the core building materials and technical support provided by Canglong Group. The building enclosure system mainly uses high-quality EPS sandwich panels. This material is known for its excellent thermal insulation performance, good sealing, and efficient installation speed. It can provide an ideal workshop environment for strict control of temperature and humidity during biscuit production, while ensuring a clean and hygienic indoor environment, meeting the basic requirements of food safety production.

In terms of the main structure, the project selected sturdy and durable galvanized square pipes as the main supporting columns. Galvanizing treatment endows steel with strong corrosion resistance, effectively addressing the challenges of humid and hot climate in the Democratic Republic of Congo, significantly extending the service life of buildings, and reducing maintenance costs.
