In response to the special process requirements of Thailand’s tropical monsoon climate and lime production, the project team of Canglong Group conducted a two month in-depth research in the early stage. On the one hand, combining customer capacity planning (designed annual output of 200000 tons of lime) with raw material characteristics (mainly using local limestone), accurately plan workshop functional zoning.
The main building, measuring 60 meters in length, 36 meters in width, and 14 meters in height, is arranged according to the process flow of raw material storage, crushing and grinding, calcination area, cooling finished product area, and dust removal system, reducing material handling distance by 25%. On the other hand, in response to the rainy and humid environment in Thailand, moisture-proof steel structures (surface hot-dip galvanized treatment, zinc layer thickness ≥ 85 μ m) and weather resistant steel material equipment brackets are specially selected, combined with a 15 ° slope design and drainage channel on the roof, to completely solve the problem of rain leakage during the rainy season.
