USA Commercial Building

This project is a large, modern commercial building designed for a US client. Measuring 83 meters (length) x 20 meters (width) x 9.1 meters (height), it offers a total area of ​​1,660 square meters of spacious, column-free, flexible space. Its grand, high-ceiling design is ideally suited for large-scale retail use.

The main structure of the commercial building utilizes high-performance Q355 H-shaped steel as the primary load-bearing beams and columns. Q355 steel has a higher yield strength than ordinary steel, providing the building with exceptional structural stability, safety, and load-bearing capacity, fully complying with stringent US building codes and safety standards.

The roof features a modern, simple, single-slope design, creating a unique appearance while also ensuring efficient drainage. The roof system is supported by sturdy C-shaped steel purlins, tightly connected to the main steel structure, forming a lightweight yet rigid roof framework.
