This is an industrial workshop project for a Zambian client, with a building area of 1200 square meters, a length of 40 meters, a width of 30 meters, and a height of 8 meters. The project adopts a portal frame structure, with H-shaped steel used for the main frame beams and columns, and C-shaped steel used for the purlins, forming a stable load-bearing framework.
In terms of enclosure system, the roof adopts single-layer color steel tiles, which are lightweight, durable, and have smooth drainage. The wall adopts a composite design of brick wall and external single steel plate enclosure. The inner brick wall provides good impact resistance and insulation performance, while the outer single steel plate enhances overall sealing and weather resistance, while also facilitating cleaning and maintenance. This combination takes into account strength, cost, and local construction conditions.

Canglong Group provides full process services from structural design, component production to booking and transportation. All H-beams, C-shaped steels, roof tiles, and outer steel plates are accurately processed, numbered, and packaged according to the drawings, with complete supporting connectors. Customers only need to complete lifting and bolt connections on site, and can quickly complete the construction with brick wall masonry. Integrated delivery effectively reduces the difficulty of local building material procurement and construction period in Zambia, creating a sturdy and practical industrial workspace for customers.
