Egypt Industrial Factory

This project is a large industrial factory building constructed for an Egyptian client, with a total construction area of 2660 square meters, aimed at providing spacious, sturdy, and modern infrastructure for its production and operation.

The main body of the industrial factory adopts a large-span double slope roof structure, with high-strength H-beams as the main beams and columns. This structural design not only achieves column free interior space, but also provides maximum usable area and extremely high layout flexibility, making it convenient for the installation and logistics turnover of large-scale production line equipment. At the same time, it also has excellent bearing capacity and structural stability, which can effectively cope with various loads.

The enclosure system innovatively adopts a composite design that combines durability and functionality. The lower part is a 2-meter-high brick wall foundation, which is sturdy and durable, providing excellent mechanical protection and stability. The upper walls and grand double pitched roof are covered with high-performance metal panels, giving the overall building a modern industrial appearance with the advantages of corrosion resistance, strong weather resistance, and easy maintenance.

Of particular note is the extensive installation of polycarbonate (PC) panels on the roof surface. This design fully utilizes Egypt’s abundant sunshine resources, providing ample natural lighting indoors during the day, significantly reducing lighting energy consumption, effectively reducing operating costs, and creating a brighter, more energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly production environment for internal work.
