Angola Beverage Factory

In response to the special needs of Angola’s tropical climate and beverage production, the Canglong Group project team conducted a three-month in-depth research in the early stage. On the one hand, in combination with the local high temperature and high humidity environment, the focus is on optimizing the temperature and humidity control, anti-corrosion design, and cold chain logistics support of the workshop. On the other hand, conduct research on the preferences of Angolan consumers and mainstream beverage types (such as juice, carbonated drinks, and plant-based protein drinks), and plan production line compatibility and expansion space accordingly.

In the design phase, flexible production concepts are integrated, and through modular layout, the filling line is designed as a structure that can quickly switch between different specifications of bottle types. At the same time, it is equipped with automated bottle sorting machines, UHT ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment, and intelligent quality inspection systems, which not only meet the large-scale production needs of current mainstream products, but also reserve technical interfaces for future expansion of high-end beverage lines.
