The highlight of the project’s core design lies in its unique single slope roof structure. The roof design has a delicate slope and simple and smooth lines, which not only gives the building a distinct modern industrial aesthetic, but also effectively optimizes the rainwater discharge efficiency in tropical regions. The factory has innovatively set up functional mezzanines inside, significantly improving the utilization of vertical space and providing sufficient space for flexible layout or warehousing needs in future production processes.

The main structure adopts a sturdy and reliable Q235 H-shaped steel beam column system. This material selection ensures excellent load-bearing capacity and stability of the overall framework, while balancing economy and construction convenience. The steel has undergone strict treatment and has good corrosion resistance, which can adapt to the humid and hot island climate environment of Fiji.
