Canada Steel Warehouse

Canglong Group has tailor-made a modern and high-performance 300 square meter steel warehouse for Canadian customers. This project adopts a steel structure building solution that combines standardization and customization. From the main structure to the enclosure system, it embodies the design concepts of high efficiency, durability, and energy conservation, fully adapting to the climate characteristics and usage needs of Canada.

The warehouse adopts the classic double slope roof design, and the roof slope is scientifically calculated to ensure effective snow removal and reduce structural load in winter, while improving the overall aesthetics and practicality of the building. The main load-bearing structure uses high-strength H-beams as beams and columns, forming a stable and reliable rigid frame with excellent wind resistance, seismic resistance, and load-bearing performance, providing open column free storage space indoors. The secondary structure adopts lightweight and high-strength C-shaped steel purlins, which ensure overall stiffness while achieving optimized material configuration and effectively control construction costs.

The roof and walls of the warehouse are made of high-quality polyurethane (PU) sandwich panels, which can significantly reduce the heat transfer inside the warehouse. Form an efficient thermal barrier between the harsh winter and warm summer in Canada, reducing heating and cooling energy consumption and improving energy efficiency. The PU wall panel adopts a tongue and groove plug-in connection method, which is used in conjunction with sealing strips to form a continuous airtight layer, effectively preventing rainwater, snow melting, leakage, and internal condensation, and ensuring the dry and safe storage of items.
