50 mm EPS Wall Panels for the Warehouse

The customer specified 50 mm EPS wall panels for the warehouse walls. The panels provide an insulated enclosure while keeping the wall system practical for a steel building application.

For this project, the panels were supplied according to the customer’s building requirements and prepared for installation on the existing steel structure. The final installation was carried out horizontally on site.

Why Horizontal Wall Panel Installation Was Used

The wall panels were installed horizontally rather than vertically. This installation arrangement was selected for the project based on the warehouse wall layout and site requirements.

For steel warehouses and workshops, panel direction can affect how the wall system is coordinated with the secondary steel members, openings and other building components. Confirming the installation method before production helps avoid unnecessary adjustments during site installation.
