Tanzania Cashew Factory

This is a cashew nut processing plant project in Tanzania. The factory building measures 90 meters long, 25 meters wide, and 10 meters high at the eaves, with a total floor area of ​​2,250 square meters. The cashew factory is a medium-sized industrial facility that meets modern production process standards.

The building features a classic double-pitched roof design with a reasonable slope, which not only has a simple and aesthetically pleasing appearance but also facilitates rapid drainage during the rainy season in tropical regions, effectively reducing roof load. The main structure is robust and reliable. The main load-bearing components, such as beams and columns, are made of high-performance H-beams, characterized by high load-bearing capacity, convenient construction, and high stability. This provides a spacious interior for the factory, meeting the layout and logistics needs of production equipment.

Regarding the enclosure system, the cashew factory walls utilize a composite structure combining color-coated steel sheets and brick walls. The lower 2 meters are brick walls, which are sturdy, durable, and provide some heat insulation and impact protection. The upper part and gable walls are made of lightweight color-coated steel sheets, allowing for rapid installation and easy maintenance. The roof is fully covered with corrugated steel sheets, which are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and work well with the double-sloped design to ensure the overall durability and practicality of the building.
