Canglong Group successfully completed a customized crane warehouse project for a client in Thailand, providing a durable steel building solution designed for industrial storage and lifting operations.

With dimensions of 20m × 20m × 9m, this 400㎡ steel warehouse integrates a reinforced H-shaped steel frame system with a dedicated crane support structure, ensuring reliable performance under both static and dynamic loads.

Reinforced Steel Structure Designed for Crane Operations

Unlike standard storage warehouses, crane warehouses require additional structural consideration to handle the repeated loads generated by lifting equipment.

For this Thailand project, Canglong Group designed a reinforced H-shaped steel beam and column system together with specially engineered crane beams. The structure provides the required strength and stability for overhead crane operations while maintaining efficient warehouse space utilization.

The prefabricated steel components were manufactured under controlled factory conditions, helping ensure accurate dimensions, reliable quality, and efficient installation at the project site.

Insulated Enclosure System for Thailand Climate Conditions

Considering Thailand’s hot climate, the warehouse uses an insulated roof and wall enclosure system to improve indoor comfort and reduce heat transfer.

The roof combines profiled metal panels with insulation materials to provide effective thermal protection, while decorative sandwich panels are applied to the walls to improve sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and overall appearance.
