Tanzania Factory With Office

Canglong Group has built a modern industrial factory with office space for its Tanzanian clients. The project’s overall planning is scientific and rigorous. The main plant adopts a standardized large-span design of 50m×20m×6m, meeting the flexible layout of production equipment and logistics needs. Internally, there are two separate 30m×10m floors of offices, enabling efficient collaboration between production management and administrative work.

In terms of structural design, the project innovatively adopts a portal frame system, using high-strength H-shaped steel as main beams and columns to ensure the stability and wind load resistance of the large-span space. The roof and wall purlins are made of cold-formed thin-walled C-beams; the lightweight material combined with precise spacing calculations reduces steel consumption and improves installation efficiency. The enclosure system fully utilizes EPS foam sandwich panels, whose excellent thermal insulation performance effectively copes with the diurnal temperature variations of the tropical savanna climate, while also possessing fireproof and moisture-proof properties, providing long-lasting protection for the precision equipment and office environment within the plant.

In addition to the main structure, Canglong Group also provided a complete set of solutions. Custom-designed thermally broken aluminum windows and doors balanced ventilation and lighting with excellent sealing, while PVC drainage pipes and galvanized steel gutters formed a highly efficient drainage system, preventing water accumulation during the rainy season. All components underwent pre-punching and anti-corrosion treatment before leaving the factory, and on-site bolting significantly shortened the construction period. From foundation surveying and detailed construction drawings to steel structure prefabrication and sandwich panel installation, the Canglong team provided on-site guidance throughout the entire process, strictly adhering to Tanzanian building codes and EU CE standards to ensure the project passed acceptance on the first attempt.
