Main materials and construction

Main structure: Made of high-strength Q235B or Q345B steel, a sturdy truss or portal frame system is formed through welding or bolt connection. Surface anti-corrosion treatment (spray painting or hot-dip galvanizing) to ensure long-term use.

Roof Covering:

• Conventional selection: Single layer color steel plate, economical and durable, with multiple color options available.
• Best choice: Double layered profiled steel plate sandwich panel, filled with polyurethane or rock wool in the middle, with thermal insulation function.
• Translucent option: Use a combination of lighting panels (FRP polyester panels or PC polycarbonate panels) to provide natural lighting inside the greenhouse.
