Recently, the steel structure project developed by Canglong Group for a customer in Cyprus has reached a critical delivery milestone. The complete set of steel structural components has been successfully packaged and loaded onto a cargo ship for shipment. This project is provided by Canglong Group with one-stop services for design, production, transportation, and installation guidance, providing full support from scheme deepening to implementation, demonstrating its comprehensive service capabilities in the field of overseas steel structure engineering.

The main structure utilizes high-strength Q355 H-beams as the core load-bearing components for beams and columns, balancing mechanical performance and economy. Roof and wall purlins are made of galvanized C-beams, with hot-dip galvanizing effectively enhancing corrosion resistance and adapting to the Mediterranean climate. Matching tie rods, angle steel, bolts, and other accessories are all customized according to European standards, ensuring overall structural stability and assembly precision.

All components, after pre-processing, shot blasting, and primer coating in the factory, were reinforced and packaged using customized packing racks. The packing racks are precisely designed based on component dimensions, preventing collisions and deformation during transportation and facilitating direct loading and unloading by forklifts or lifting equipment on-site, significantly reducing unloading difficulty and time costs.

Prior to this shipment, the Canglong Group team completed 3D modeling and pre-assembly verification, simultaneously providing the customer with a detailed packing list and installation manual. They will also provide remote video guidance to assist with on-site assembly. From material selection to logistics details, Canglong Group’s fully controllable service logic helps the Cypriot customer efficiently advance project construction, laying a foundation of trust for further cooperation between the two parties in the European market.
